Winter Harbor Smoked Salmon Side


A 2.5 lb. side slowly cold-smoked for up to 12 hours, until it is perfectly sweet and tender.

Eat it all at once or savor for days with capers, horseradish, sharp cheddar, crackers and red onions. Throw it on a bagel with a cream cheese spread. Whichever you choose it all ends up being good.
